* Drive community engagement and mobilization through organizing meetings, discussions, and awareness sessions on key issues such as hygiene, sanitation, climate change, and disaster preparedness. * Foster and strengthen community groups, committees, and user groups to promote collective action and social cohesion. * Champion inclusive participation by ensuring active engagement of diverse community members, including women, youth, elderly, and persons with disabilities. * Architect capacity-building initiatives to empower community members and groups, enhancing their skills and knowledge. * Implement project activities at the community level, focusing on areas such as housing, WASH, DRR, and livelihood development. * Manage beneficiary identification, selection, and verification processes to ensure transparency and fairness. * Monitor field-level activities, providing regular updates and insights to inform project decisions. * Collect and analyze baseline data, using prescribed tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement. * Maintain accurate records of meetings, beneficiaries, and activities, ensuring data-driven decision-making. * Develop and submit regular field reports and case studies, highlighting successes and challenges. * Cultivate strategic relationships with local leaders, government representatives, and stakeholders to leverage support and resources. * Facilitate connections between communities and service providers, promoting access to essential services and expertise. * Uphold safeguarding policies, gender equality, and inclusion principles in all project activities, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. * Identify and report potential protection concerns or risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate and address them.
