* Spearhead land ownership verification for freehold properties across Dhaka city and beyond, ensuring accuracy and precision. * Architect comprehensive chain of ownership reports for both freehold and leasehold lands, driving informed decision-making. * Drive the preparation of critical documents, including sale deeds, power of attorney agreements, and vetted legal papers, while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements. * Conduct thorough land verifications across key government offices, including: * Tahsil Office * AC Land Office * Registry Office * DC Office * Leverage in-depth knowledge of land records, including CS, SA, RS, and BS, as well as Muslim faraeazy calculations, to inform land procurement strategies. * Manage land procurement processes with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, bringing high levels of expertise and skill to the role.
