Meal Officer

* Drive the development and implementation of the project's Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) framework, indicators, and data collection tools to ensure effective project tracking and assessment. * Lead baseline, midline, and endline assessments, and conduct regular field monitoring to guarantee data quality and integrity. * Architect and manage databases and dashboards to track project progress, ensuring seamless data visualization and presentation of findings. * Analyze and manage sex, age, and disability-disaggregated data to inform project decisions and drive inclusive growth. * Spearhead internal and external evaluations, analyzing findings to generate actionable insights and documenting best practices, lessons learned, and case studies. * Facilitate learning sessions and adaptive management processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. * Establish and manage feedback and complaint response mechanisms, ensuring community members, especially women, youth, and marginalized groups, can safely provide feedback and receive timely responses. * Develop and submit high-quality monthly, quarterly, and donor reports, leveraging data visualization to present findings and support proposal development with relevant data and evidence. * Integrate gender equality and social inclusion into MEAL systems, ensuring safe, ethical, and confidential data collection practices and supporting safeguarding monitoring and reporting. * Design and deliver training programs for project staff and community volunteers on data collection and MEAL tools, promoting capacity building and coordination across the project team, partners, and stakeholders. * Ensure alignment with donor requirements and guarantee proper visibility and representation of project activities, upholding the organization's reputation and integrity.
