Assistant Production Manager / Photo Editing Team Manager

* Spearhead daily production planning, allocating tasks to teams to drive efficiency and productivity * Provide strategic guidance to Team Leaders, QC, and Designers, ensuring alignment with client requirements * Drive project delivery within tight deadlines, guaranteeing timely completion * Monitor production quality, accuracy, and deadlines, implementing corrective actions as needed * Conduct rigorous quality checks on advanced retouching, hair masking, color correction, and other image editing tasks * Ensure final QC for all image editing projects, upholding the highest standards * Oversee Team Leader and Designer performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement * Implement measures to minimize errors, revisions, and rejections, optimizing workflow * Leverage Photoshop Beta, AI tools, and other technologies to streamline production workflows and boost efficiency * Collaborate on developing guidelines, workflows, and creative references using Gemini or AI tools * Mentor new designers and team members, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure seamless onboarding * Manage production teams in accordance with Department Head/Production Manager directives * Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, tracking progress and identifying trends * Analyze client feedback, driving corrections and improvements to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction * Uphold company policies, discipline, and work standards, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability * Utilize expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Beta, AI tools, and other technologies to drive innovation and growth * Apply advanced skills in retouching, hair masking, color correction, and image editing to deliver high-quality results * Excel in team management, deadline management, and communication, leading teams to achieve outstanding performance
