Key Responsibilities

* Champion compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer codes to ensure a legally sound work environment. * Drive grievance resolution, addressing worker concerns in a fair and timely manner to minimize disputes and promote a positive work culture. * Motivate and inspire workers to achieve production targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. * Design and deliver comprehensive induction and orientation programs for new hires, as well as awareness initiatives that meet buyer requirements, while maintaining accurate training records. * Collaborate with medical professionals to provide necessary care and support for pregnant workers, ensuring their health and well-being. * Oversee the provision of essential amenities, including dining facilities, toilets, and drinking water, to ensure a comfortable and healthy work environment. * Develop and submit monthly reports on welfare activities and training programs to management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement. * Architect and maintain top-notch welfare facilities, including canteens, toilets, and rest areas, to support worker well-being. * Facilitate regular meetings on health, safety, and environmental issues, reporting findings to management and driving corrective actions as needed. * Foster open communication between workers and management, promoting industrial harmony and resolving conflicts in a fair and constructive manner. * Lead the development of a healthy, safe, and environmentally responsible workplace, ensuring readiness for various compliance audits, such as BSCI, CTPAT, WRAP, and SEDEX.

Experience

3 to 5 years

Skills

Knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Act and compliance standardsMicrosoft OfficeGood Communication Skills

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Management ,Social Science, or related field

Additional Requirements

  • Only Female
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good Communication Skills in both English and Bangla (Oral & Written)
