Key Responsibilities
* Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships between employees and management.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
* Drive employee engagement and well-being by counseling on leave policies, including maternity leave, and addressing absenteeism.
* Champion employee welfare by recommending benefits and initiatives that enhance their quality of life and work experience.
* Lead discussions with worker representatives and management to address labor contracts, working conditions, and service agreements.
* Manage disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness and consistency in addressing employee conduct issues.
* Oversee the provision of essential facilities, including childcare services and first aid rooms, to support employee well-being.
* Facilitate open communication between employees and management, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Conduct regular floor visits to stay connected with employees and address their concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of all welfare management activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Address and resolve female-specific issues, promoting a supportive and inclusive work environment.
* Administer attendance, leave, and overtime management systems, ensuring efficient and effective workforce management.
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the employer or department manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
