Business Development Executive

* Drive student engagement through personalized counseling services, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their higher education abroad. * Architect comprehensive assessment reports for each student, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and goals to inform tailored guidance. * Manage and maintain a robust database of counseling sessions, ensuring seamless tracking and follow-up with students. * Foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions and organizations, leveraging relationships to expand opportunities for students. * Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, responding to phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner. * Represent FRIENDS Consultancy at education fairs, conferences, and other events, promoting the organization's services and building brand awareness. * Deliver presentations and talks to large groups, showcasing expertise and inspiring students to pursue their academic aspirations. * Collaborate with management to develop and conduct regular counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars on foreign education, addressing the evolving needs of students. * Design and execute interactive workshops, providing valuable insights and guidance on navigating the complexities of international higher education. * Embark on occasional travel to districts outside of Dhaka, expanding the organization's reach and fostering connections with students and partners in diverse regions.
