Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead business development by visiting 4-8 educational institutions daily, showcasing SUNSSD EMS to key decision-makers and driving sales growth * Deliver compelling pitches to institutional clients, highlighting the benefits of SUNSSD EMS, including automated admissions, online fee collection, and comprehensive management tools * Identify and qualify new leads by researching potential clients and assessing their needs for an effective EMS solution * Drive sales conversions by scheduling product demos, providing support, and building strong relationships with prospects and clients * Foster long-term partnerships with institutional clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support * Architect and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase EMS adoption across the education sector * Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors, identifying new opportunities and untapped institutions * Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback, drive product enhancements, and ensure technical support * Manage sales performance by maintaining daily field visit logs and submitting weekly reports to management * Represent SUNSSD at educational events, conferences, and institutional meetings, promoting the brand and building industry relationships

Requirements

Experience

At least 1 year

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Service Marketing
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Must be flexible to travel across Dhaka and beyond with the client-facing team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English
  • Comfortable with field visits, direct client interaction, and negotiations
  • Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, or Education Management Systems is preferred
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently
  • Previous experience in software sales or the education sector is an advantage
