Junior Compliance / Sustainability Specialist

* Drive compliance with international standards and Code of Conduct through regular factory audits and verification processes * Lead on-site inspections, conducting worker interviews and reviewing documentation to ensure adherence to regulations * Architect and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address non-compliance issues and promote continuous improvement * Manage compliance with key industry standards, including BSCI, SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000 * Oversee chemical usage and environmental practices, ensuring alignment with organizational sustainability goals * Champion the implementation of HIGG Index and ESG platforms, driving business growth through responsible practices * Analyze and report on compliance and sustainability data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders * Foster strong partnerships with QA teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to promote collaborative compliance and sustainability efforts * Provide expert administrative support for compliance and sustainability documentation, ensuring seamless operations and data management
