Manager / Head of Quality (Quality Assurance Manager) - Knit Division

* Spearhead the development and continuous enhancement of the company's Quality Assurance system, aligning with buyer requirements and ISO 9001 standards * Architect and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and process control systems across all production stages * Drive Quality Technical Audits, including internal, buyer, and process audits, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement * Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve production defects and drive quality excellence * Oversee all stages of Knit production, ensuring consistent quality compliance and adherence to international standards * Analyze quality data and defect trends to inform continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production processes * Ensure product safety compliance with international standards and buyer-specific requirements, mitigating potential risks * Conduct rigorous inspections at various production stages to guarantee shipment readiness and quality standards * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently and drive business growth * Develop and mentor QA/QC team members to enhance their technical capabilities and performance, fostering a culture of quality excellence * Generate comprehensive audit reports, quality reports, and compliance documentation to inform management decisions * Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and quality visualization techniques to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality * Ensure ISO 9001 system compliance, supporting certification and surveillance audits to maintain industry recognition * Monitor customer feedback and implement targeted improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty * Take swift corrective actions in response to quality deviations, reporting to management and ensuring prompt resolution * Champion quality-related initiatives and projects, driving continuous improvement and excellence across the organization
