* Drive academic excellence by teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, aligning with USTC's rules and regulations. * Architect and deliver research initiatives, workshops, and seminars that foster intellectual growth within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. * Manage documentation and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to UGC, BAC, and other regulatory standards. * Design and develop comprehensive course materials, including outlines, lesson plans, and lecture notes, to facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences. * Lead and conduct theoretical, tutorial, and lab classes, as well as extension teaching, research, and cooperative field experiences, to promote student growth and development. * Oversee examination processes and related tasks, ensuring fairness, transparency, and academic integrity. * Mentor and supervise students in project work, internships, dissertations, and theses, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals. * Foster a culture of academic excellence and extracurricular engagement, guiding students in curricular and co-curricular activities that promote holistic development. * Collaborate with faculty administrators to complete assigned tasks and contribute to the overall growth and development of the institution. * Advance knowledge in the field through cutting-edge research, experiments, and publications, maintaining a strong research profile and contributing to the academic community.
