Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth
* Establish and manage a network of dealers and retailers across key markets
* Foster strong relationships with dealers, retailers, engineers, and corporate clients through regular visits and engagement
* Deliver monthly sales targets and consistently meet or exceed performance goals
* Oversee and analyze the daily activities of the sales force, including attendance, customer visits, and sales performance metrics
