* Deliver high-quality patient care to in-patients and out-patients, primarily focusing on general medicine and utilizing basic investigations such as ultrasound, echocardiography, and digital X-ray. * Provide emergency and on-call coverage support to junior doctors, ensuring seamless patient care. * Drive quality care initiatives by following and updating guidelines, and supervising junior doctors and paramedics to maintain exceptional standards. * Lead teaching and training efforts for junior doctors and paramedics, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. * Participate in clinical audit projects and research initiatives, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and practice. * Architect and deliver educational programs at the LAMB Training Centre and Nursing Institute, shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals. * Develop expertise in clinical sonography through extensive hands-on training and practice. * Pursue professional development opportunities, including preparation and sponsorship for the MRCP (UK) examination, with conditional support from LAMB.
