* Cultivate strong employee relationships, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
* Embody the hotel's brand and image through impeccable personal appearance and grooming.
* Monitor banquet guarantees and updates, ensuring proactive communication and adaptability.
* Provide timely and relevant updates to stakeholders on operational and personal matters, facilitating informed decision-making.
* Undertake special projects and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset.
