Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead daily food preparation for buffet, à la carte, and banquet services, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. * Drive cost efficiency and minimize waste through effective inventory management and control. * Lead and supervise support staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations. * Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality suppliers, adhering to stringent quality and quantity standards. * Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards in all workstations, guaranteeing a safe and healthy environment. * Verify daily requisitions to ensure accuracy and attention to detail. * Foster a culture of excellence, driving optimal performance and guest satisfaction across all touchpoints. * Cultivate strong employee relationships, promoting a positive and productive work environment. * Embody the hotel's brand and image through impeccable personal appearance and grooming. * Monitor banquet guarantees and updates, ensuring proactive communication and adaptability. * Provide timely and relevant updates to stakeholders on operational and personal matters, facilitating informed decision-making. * Undertake special projects and duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset. * Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, cold rooms, and facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
