* Spearhead student counseling and client management, empowering students to achieve their study abroad goals through expert guidance on university selection, course options, and career pathways. * Foster strong relationships with clients through personalized counseling, clear communication, and efficient inquiry handling, driving conversions and successful enrollments. * Deliver exceptional client experiences, resolving concerns with practical solutions and maintaining regular follow-ups with students and guardians throughout the process. * Architect and manage student files, application documents, and visa-related papers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. * Craft and disseminate professional emails to stakeholders, including students, universities, and agencies, while maintaining meticulous records and deadlines. * Drive social media engagement, managing company pages, creating promotional content, and conducting mobile marketing activities to generate leads and business opportunities. * Analyze lead data, campaign results, and customer behavior to inform performance improvements, while monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities. * Develop and recommend innovative strategies for business growth, leveraging market insights and customer feedback. * Streamline office operations, maintaining attendance records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring seamless day-to-day management. * Lead by example, upholding discipline and workflow efficiency, while supporting office management and gatekeeping responsibilities. * Leverage strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to achieve targets, work under pressure, and drive business results. * Utilize social media management knowledge, video creation/editing skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace to drive marketing efforts and client engagement.
