* Spearhead export operations within the EPZ zone, leveraging expertise to drive seamless cargo and vehicle movement. * Foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including BEPZA, customs, shipping lines, security, freight forwarders, and C&F agents. * Architect and execute comprehensive documentation, including invoices, packing lists, export forms, sales contracts, and payment documents. * Drive gate pass processing for import and export shipments, ensuring timely and compliant entry and exit of vehicles, goods, and personnel. * Coordinate with forwarders to book air and sea shipments, verifying draft bills of lading, freight and cargo receipts, and house air waybills. * Develop and submit regular reports and documents to management and authorities, ensuring transparency and compliance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including transporters, C&F agents, warehouse teams, and factory representatives, to ensure synchronized operations. * Maintain meticulous records of gate operations and supporting documents, adhering to company policies, compliance procedures, and safety regulations. * Lead by example, upholding the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and compliance in all aspects of EPZ gate operation.
