Executive (Mechanical Testing Section)- Physical Laboratory

* Spearhead mechanical testing initiatives, including tear strength, tensile strength, and seam strength tests, to drive quality assurance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare test specimens and execute tests in accordance with established protocols. * Validate sample sufficiency and test method alignment with buyer requirements to ensure seamless testing processes. * Review internal worksheets and clarify testing procedures to guarantee adherence to buyer protocols. * Develop and prepare test specimens, and perform tests according to buyer manuals and standards. * Conduct assessments based on buyer requirements and standards, ensuring accurate and reliable results. * Support data verification and result validation to maintain high-quality testing outcomes. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coordinating with team leaders and section heads to implement day-to-day enhancements. * Champion lab safety protocols, including proper PPE usage and chemical handling, to maintain a safe working environment. * Engage in ongoing training sessions and improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
