Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead device diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair for smartphones and mobile devices, resolving hardware and software issues with precision and speed. * Drive efficient issue resolution by performing advanced motherboard troubleshooting, component replacement, and intricate soldering work. * Architect and implement firmware, software updates, and mobile operating system installations to ensure seamless device performance. * Deliver high-quality repair services within tight turnaround times, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to guarantee flawless device functionality after repair or service completion. * Manage accurate and up-to-date service records, repair reports, and inventory updates to inform business decisions and optimize operations. * Foster strong customer relationships by providing clear communication regarding device issues, repair status, and expected timelines. * Uphold company standards by adhering to established SOPs, safety protocols, and technical guidelines, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service center staff and management, to drive seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Skilled in hardware repairing, flashing, software installation, and fault diagnosis
  • Experience in motherboard repairing and soldering will be an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain service deadlines
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting systems
  • Honest, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in service center and field support activities if required
