Manager/Sr. Manager, QA (Woven)

* Architect and deploy comprehensive quality assurance systems and standard operating procedures across all production stages. * Drive accurate documentation and record-keeping for all quality assurance processes. * Lead, develop, and manage high-performing QA teams across cutting, sewing, finishing, and final audit departments. * Design and deliver training programs that elevate quality standards, AQL expertise, and buyer-specific requirements. * Oversee quality control at every production stage, from fabric inspection to packing, ensuring AQL standards are met. * Foster collaboration with buyers' quality teams and third-party inspectors to ensure seamless quality compliance. * Ensure adherence to buyer manuals, specifications, and quality standards, driving a culture of excellence. * Manage quality-related audits, compliance checks, and corrective actions, addressing technical, social, or COC-related concerns. * Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement. * Facilitate quality review meetings, analyzing trends and driving initiatives that enhance product quality and process efficiency. * Develop and maintain key performance indicators, including daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports, to inform management decisions. * Analyze defect trends, pass/fail rates, and rework statistics, providing actionable insights to optimize quality and reduce waste. * Partner with production and industrial engineering teams to streamline processes, reduce defects, and improve overall quality. * Recommend process innovations and upgrades that enhance product consistency, reduce rework, and minimize rejection rates.
