AC & Refrigerator Engineer/Technician

* Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. * Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with AC and refrigeration units, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. * Drive prompt response to assigned work orders, delivering timely and efficient service to meet customer needs. * Perform proactive maintenance on cooling units to prevent malfunctions and reduce the need for repairs. * Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical defects, ensuring seamless operation of equipment. * Architect equipment replacement or repair strategies, installing new components as needed to extend system lifespan. * Calibrate thermostatic controls to achieve precise temperature management and energy efficiency. * Manage and optimize inventory of parts and components on service vehicles, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. * Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous service coverage. * Champion safety protocols, adhering to all policies and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
