Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of welfare initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and legal standards, through effective coordination of committee activities, including Welfare, Participation, Safety, and Anti-Harassment Committees. * Drive the monitoring and improvement of workers' living conditions, health and hygiene standards, occupational safety measures, and environmental conditions within dormitories and workplace-related welfare areas. * Manage employee grievances related to welfare, accommodation, food, transport, medical support, and workplace environment, ensuring timely investigation and resolution through proactive communication and issue escalation. * Architect and deliver awareness programs, counseling sessions, motivational activities, cultural events, and recreational activities to enhance employee morale, wellbeing, and engagement. * Design and deliver orientation sessions and welfare awareness training for new employees, focusing on company policies, code of conduct, health and hygiene, safety practices, and available welfare facilities. * Foster collaborative relationships with HR, Admin, Compliance, Medical Center, Security, and Production departments to ensure seamless implementation of welfare programs and operations. * Support the creation of a worker-friendly environment, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, audit requirements, and social compliance standards through proactive risk management and issue resolution. * Oversee the maintenance of canteen food quality, drinking water facilities, sanitation systems, medical support services, and transportation facilities, ensuring adherence to proper standards and regulations. * Develop and implement programs focused on worker education, health awareness, skill development, productivity improvement, and social wellbeing, driving business outcomes and employee growth. * Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, local administration, compliance auditors, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution on welfare-related matters. * Prepare and maintain accurate welfare reports, committee meeting minutes, records, and documentation, providing regular updates for management review and compliance audits. * Supervise and guide welfare staff, dormitory supervisors, and support teams, ensuring proper duty allocation, performance management, and development opportunities.
