* Spearhead risk assessment initiatives by developing and finalizing Risk Assessment forms and facilitating collaborative meetings with cross-functional teams. * Drive pre-production planning by completing and reviewing Pre-Production Meeting forms, ensuring seamless size set approval and stakeholder alignment. * Champion quality standards by conducting Pre-Production Meetings, setting clear production expectations and specifications for all stakeholders. * Architect pilot run processes, designing and executing Pilot Run formats and leading corresponding meetings to ensure successful production launches. * Analyze initial production outputs by generating In-Line reports on first-output garments from the sewing line, identifying areas for improvement. * Manage pre-final inspections, verifying products against buyer requirements and packing lists to guarantee compliance before final audits. * Oversee final product inspections, applying AQL standards and buyer guidelines to ensure exceptional quality and adherence to specifications.
