Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and delivery of comprehensive OSH training programs, empowering workers, supervisors, and managers to identify, prevent, and mitigate occupational hazards.
* Architect and implement effective training modules, IEC materials, and engagement strategies to promote a safe work environment and respectful work culture across the RMG industry in Bangladesh.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders, including workers, employers, and factory management, to ensure timely participation in training programs and foster a culture of safety and respect.
* Assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to inform course content review and improvement.
* Manage the development and implementation of M&E frameworks, in partnership with the MEAL Specialist, to monitor and supervise field-level training activities.
* Lead high-quality All Employee meetings, ensuring optimal resource management and effective distribution of training materials.
* Design and deliver specialized training modules, IEC materials, and support tools, under the guidance of the Team Leader, to enhance training program impact.
* Facilitate Safety Committee and GRC meetings, providing guidance and support to ensure effective functionality and progress.
* Conduct Safety Committee Walkthroughs, presenting findings and recommendations to factory management, and tracking progress towards resolution.
* Develop and maintain accurate training databases, generating quantitative reports to inform program improvement and stakeholder engagement.
* Foster strong relationships with factory management, stakeholders, and internal teams, including the Remediation Program Department and Occupational Safety & Health Complaint Mechanism Team, to ensure seamless program implementation.
* Provide proactive support and guidance to Safety Committees and GRCs, ensuring effective communication and follow-up to address challenges and areas for improvement.
* Ensure timely and effective communication with factories, participants, and stakeholders, including the dispatch of Letters of Acknowledgement and other critical documents.

Skills
Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) certificationsNEBOSHIOSHISO 45001
Education
- Bachelor degree
- Post-graduation
Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in training programs
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the RMG sector
- Thorough understanding of occupational health and safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with multi-stakeholders
- Teamwork skills
