Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead daily transport and fleet operations, ensuring seamless logistics for employees, management, and official events.
* Architect efficient vehicle allocation, scheduling, and coordination systems to maximize resource utilization.
* Drive driver performance and accountability, overseeing attendance, duty rosters, discipline, and overall performance.
* Oversee the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles, guaranteeing optimal condition and minimizing downtime.
* Analyze fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs to inform data-driven decisions and optimize transport efficiency.
* Manage vehicle-related documentation, including registration, insurance, tax tokens, route permits, and fitness certificates, to ensure compliance.
* Collaborate with vendors and workshops to coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
* Champion transport safety standards and adherence to traffic regulations, fostering a culture of safety and responsibility.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling comprehensive reports and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Maintain meticulous fleet records, transport logs, and MIS reports, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
* Ensure vehicles are clean, operationally ready, and well-maintained, reflecting the company's professional image.
* Coordinate bespoke transport arrangements for the Board of Directors, visitors, and VIP guests, delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
* Provide support for employee transport operations and emergency transport requirements, prioritizing employee safety and well-being.
* Proactively manage the renewal of driver licenses and vehicle documents, avoiding unnecessary delays or penalties.
* Identify areas for transport cost optimization and fleet efficiency improvement, driving initiatives to reduce costs and enhance performance.
* Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in transport support services, maintaining the trust and confidence of stakeholders.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or related discipline
- Diploma or training in transport/fleet management
