Accounts & Finance Manager

* Spearhead the Accounts & Finance Department, driving strategic financial planning and management * Architect and submit timely VAT and tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Oversee and coordinate compliance-related activities, including VAT challan, BIN, TIN, customs, and regulatory adherence * Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements * Facilitate seamless LC documentation, banking transactions, and financial coordination * Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring transparency and accountability * Design and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, providing actionable insights * Drive cash flow management, payment processing, and receivables management, while developing strategic financial plans * Ensure adherence to Bangladesh VAT, tax, and company regulations, mitigating risk and optimizing compliance * Resolve financial and compliance-related issues efficiently, leveraging expertise and analytical skills to drive business growth
