* Spearhead the receipt and delivery of Development & Merchandising samples to designated stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and timely execution. * Drive quality excellence by leveraging in-depth knowledge of garment washing, drying, and finishing processes, including wet and dry treatments. * Analyze buyer feedback and implement corrective actions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance product quality. * Architect and coordinate manual dry processes, laser treatments, wet processes, and special finishing techniques, ensuring alignment with production requirements. * Foster effective communication through email and verbal interactions, facilitating collaboration and issue resolution across departments. * Manage sample follow-up, quality control, and recipe documentation, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring data accuracy. * Oversee in-house lab testing, guaranteeing that all necessary tests are conducted, and test reports are properly documented and recorded. * Utilize basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, to drive administrative efficiency and support business operations. * Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by Management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to driving business objectives.
