Senior Manager - Factory Accounts

* Spearhead factory-level financial operations, driving cost control and inventory management excellence * Architect and manage production budgets, analyzing variances and optimizing cost sheets to boost efficiency * Drive garment costing analysis, breaking down key components such as CM, FOB, trims, labor, and overhead to inform strategic decisions * Ensure seamless inventory accounting, reconciliation, and valuation, maintaining accuracy and compliance * Oversee the development of comprehensive monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, cost reports, and efficiency analyses * Manage payroll accounting, labor cost analysis, and labor law compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements * Supervise accounts payable, factory-related transactions, and financial processes, maintaining rigorous internal controls * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, merchandising, and procurement, to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive business growth * Ensure strict compliance with internal audits, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of transparency * Design and implement ERP and accounting systems, streamlining factory operations and enhancing financial efficiency * Identify and capitalize on cost-saving opportunities, driving process improvements and contributing to the company's financial sustainability and success
