Senior Manager – Commercial

* Spearhead commercial operations, driving seamless import, export, and logistics processes * Architect and execute L/C strategies, navigating opening, amendment, negotiation, and banking documentation * Drive document preparation and verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance for export documents * Foster collaborative relationships with buyers, suppliers, banks, and freight forwarders to facilitate timely shipment execution * Oversee raw material imports, streamlining clearance processes and ensuring timely delivery * Ensure regulatory adherence, navigating customs regulations, bonded warehouse procedures, and government policies * Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customs authorities, industry bodies, and key stakeholders * Manage bond licenses, UD, and related documentation, ensuring compliance and efficiency * Track and optimize shipment schedules, freight costs, and logistics efficiency to meet buyer demands * Identify and resolve commercial document discrepancies and shipping issues, implementing corrective actions * Provide commercial planning support to merchandising and production teams, driving business growth * Develop and present regular reports on shipment status, commercial performance, and key metrics * Lead, train, and supervise the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
