Senior Executive/ Asst. Manager - QMS

* Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that drives excellence in sweater factory operations. * Architect and maintain QMS policies, including Sharp Tools Policy, label compliance policy, Housekeeping Policy, and documents control Policy, to ensure adherence to industry standards. * Drive quality control initiatives, including Needle Control Policy, metal detection routines, and MOLD prevention protocols, to minimize risks and ensure product integrity. * Manage and update the moisture control system, monitoring Hygrometer readings three times daily to maintain optimal conditions. * Analyze and interpret daily quality reports, data, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimize QMS performance. * Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, including MR and Dynamic MR, and monitor cartoon storing areas to prevent errors. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement QMS-related training and awareness programs for workers, staff, and management. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QMS standards, including Lux value records, Insects killer light, and idle needle policies. * Implement and monitor relaxation systems, plastic plate usage, and buyer brand protection measures to maintain high-quality standards. * Develop and maintain records of Accessories, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing Rejection Data, fabric Bin Card System, and machine calibration records. * Lead quarterly QS Audits for H&M and monthly QMS Audits for M&S, and drive corrective actions to address findings. * Create and review yearly Quality Manuals and SOPs to ensure ongoing improvement and compliance. * Update organizational charts according to buyer guidelines and ensure purchase requisitions align with buyer findings. * Track and report key performance indicators, including missing, Broken, and Blunt needle percentages, and develop CAP Reports based on buyer and internal findings.
