Deputy Manager-Maintenance

* Spearhead daily operations and maintenance of all machinery to ensure seamless production. * Oversee the review and implementation of Comparative Statements, URS, IQ, OQ, PQ, BOQ, and IPQC equipment to guarantee quality and compliance. * Drive decision-making on plant modifications, developments, and repairs, and approve personnel matters such as leave, attendance, and duty schedules. * Collaborate with TSD and suppliers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. * Manage and approve monthly maintenance bills and spare parts requisitions to control costs and optimize resource allocation. * Champion compliance with cGMP regulations and develop and implement maintenance training programs to upskill the team.
