* Spearhead supplier research and identification for shared raw materials and spare parts in China, focusing on Wenzhou, to drive competitive sourcing. * Architect and implement a rigorous vendor selection process, ensuring chosen suppliers meet company standards for quality, pricing, and delivery. * Drive quotation collection and analysis, comparing offers from multiple suppliers based on price, lead time, quality, and terms to inform strategic decisions. * Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal terms without compromising quality, leveraging market expertise to achieve best-in-class agreements. * Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely provision of samples, technical documents, and compliance with User Requirement Specifications and technical standards. * Conduct quality checks and arrange third-party inspections as needed, verifying supplier compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. * Track production progress, ensuring suppliers adhere to confirmed production and delivery timelines, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain agreed-upon schedules. * Oversee logistics and export operations, guaranteeing accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation, and supervising loading processes to prevent errors or damage. * Foster collaborative relationships with the Bangladesh SCM team, providing real-time updates and maintaining transparent and traceable records of all transactions and processes. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of sourcing, negotiation, and shipment coordination, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and audit readiness. * Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to team objectives.
