* Spearhead daily financial operations, driving accounting excellence and overseeing all financial activities. * Develop and maintain meticulous financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Architect comprehensive financial reports, including cash flow statements and management reports, to inform strategic decisions. * Drive project financial management, tracking expenses, budgets, and costs to optimize resource allocation. * Oversee cash management, ensuring seamless bank transactions, reconciliations, and fund administration. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including procurement, store, and project teams, to ensure seamless financial documentation. * Ensure timely and accurate salary processing, as well as vendor and subcontractor payments. * Lead regulatory compliance efforts, maintaining up-to-date VAT, TAX, and other critical documentation. * Partner with management to develop and implement budgets, financial plans, and operational strategies. * Champion the implementation and optimization of ERP and accounting software systems, driving process efficiency. * Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and banks, to ensure smooth financial operations.
