Sr. Officer - Engineering

* Spearhead the execution of new pharmaceutical projects, driving them from conception to completion. * Architect and develop User Requirement Specifications (URS) for process and utility machinery, ensuring compliance with international pharmaceutical standards. * Drive comparative analysis and statement development for process and utility machines, informing strategic decisions. * Develop and manage project schedules and Gantt charts, ensuring timely project delivery. * Oversee the installation and commissioning of critical systems, including HVAC, compressed air, boiler, generator, purified water, and effluent treatment plants. * Leverage project management software to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and optimize resource allocation. * Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, consultants, and management, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. * Apply expertise in inventory management to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure just-in-time delivery. * Utilize AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and MS Office to design, develop, and document project plans, reports, and presentations. * Champion engineering safety in the workplace, prioritizing the well-being of colleagues and ensuring a hazard-free environment.
