* Spearhead student counseling and career guidance initiatives, delivering tailored advice on academic pathways, university options, and career trajectories to students and parents. * Architect and drive university application and visa processing strategies, ensuring seamless preparation, review, and submission of applications, CVs, and statements of purpose. * Manage documentation support services, meticulously reviewing and verifying all necessary documents for admission and visa processing to ensure compliance. * Foster and maintain strong relationships with international partner universities and educational institutions through proactive communication and engagement. * Develop and execute marketing and recruitment campaigns, leveraging educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and social media to attract prospective students and drive business growth. * Oversee documentation and follow-up processes, ensuring accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and follow-ups are maintained and up-to-date. * Drive business performance, meeting and exceeding qualitative and quantitative targets set by the company, including enrolment targets, to fuel growth and success.
