Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead digital marketing initiatives to drive hotel bookings, restaurant sales, and brand visibility, leveraging data-driven strategies and creative campaigns.
* Architect and manage a robust social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Craft and curate compelling content, including visuals, videos, and promotional offers, to captivate audiences and foster engagement.
* Drive paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels, monitoring performance and optimizing for maximum ROI.
* Oversee the hotel website, ensuring seamless user experience, accurate information, and optimal SEO performance.
* Manage online travel agency (OTA) partnerships, maintaining up-to-date listings and maximizing revenue opportunities.
* Foster a positive online reputation by responding to guest feedback, resolving concerns, and showcasing exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special events.
* Design and launch targeted email marketing, SMS marketing, and promotional campaigns to drive conversions and loyalty.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
* Develop and present comprehensive digital marketing reports, highlighting key performance indicators, campaign successes, and areas for improvement.
* Forge strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and industry leaders to amplify hotel visibility and credibility.
* Coordinate photography and videography projects to showcase the hotel's unique story and brand essence.
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, both online and offline, to reinforce the hotel's identity and values.
* Boost search engine rankings and optimize online listings to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
* Support event promotions, corporate sales initiatives, wedding campaigns, and festive marketing activities to drive revenue and growth.
* Track marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
* Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and performance.
* Undertake additional marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by management, driving innovation and excellence in all endeavors.

Additional Requirements
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms
- Experience in handling OTA platforms
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English
- Strong content writing and promotional campaign management ability
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools
- Knowledge of website management, WordPress, and online booking systems
- Ability to create engaging photo/video content
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Must be creative, smart, self-motivated, and target-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously
- Good understanding of hotel operations, guest behavior, and hospitality marketing trends
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle online customer queries, reviews, and reputation management professionally
- Having professional training/certification in Digital Marketing
