Senior Manager / Team Lead – TB

• Spearhead the TIFA/JSI-supported TB project, driving strategic, technical, and operational excellence across all aspects of implementation. • Architect innovative engagement strategies to mobilize informal first-contact providers, fostering a robust network of supporters. • Drive the enhancement of TB screening and referral systems in high-burden areas, ensuring seamless and effective patient care. • Champion the integration of cutting-edge digital platforms, such as JANAO/SMC TB apps, to streamline referral and reporting processes. • Optimize patient navigation and referral-to-testing completion rates, leveraging data-driven insights to inform improvements. • Ensure seamless alignment with national TB strategies, donor requirements, and SMC programmatic standards, guaranteeing compliance and excellence. • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including NTP/MBDC, local health authorities, JSI/TIFA, and other partners, to facilitate open communication and coordination.
