Deputy Manager/Manage, Production (Sorting & Packing)

* Spearhead sorting and packing operations to drive seamless workflow and maximize efficiency across all production lines. * Architect operational strategies to achieve production, quality, and packing targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Drive performance monitoring, tracking key indicators such as line efficiency, packing productivity, and quality metrics. * Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Kiln, Squaring Polishing, Distribution, Quality, and Maintenance, to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Implement rigorous quality control measures, ensuring accurate grading and segregation of tiles in compliance with company standards. * Develop and enforce controls to minimize errors, defects, and waste, optimizing overall quality and efficiency. * Optimize resource allocation, planning, and utilization to meet production demands and minimize downtime. * Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of sorting lines, conveyors, and packing machines, ensuring peak efficiency. * Implement proactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. * Manage packing material consumption, inventory, and storage, driving cost optimization through reduced wastage and improved efficiency. * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, providing training, guidance, and continuous skill development opportunities. * Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and PPE requirements, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. * Uphold exceptional housekeeping, discipline, and workplace organization standards within sorting and packing areas. * Analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to drive continuous enhancement. * Collaborate with management to drive process improvement, capacity enhancement, and operational excellence initiatives, shaping the future of the Sorting & Packing function.
