* Architect and manage IT infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring seamless operations and high availability. * Drive infrastructure security, implementing robust measures to protect against cyber threats and ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Lead troubleshooting efforts, resolving complex technical issues and conducting root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences. * Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring business continuity and data integrity. * Manage and support cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure, to drive business efficiency and scalability. * Design and implement virtualization solutions, including VMware and Hyper-V, to optimize resource utilization and improve system performance. * Develop and maintain networking and firewall configurations, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. * Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize IT infrastructure and services. * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in IT infrastructure and services. * Develop and maintain documentation, including technical guides, diagrams, and asset inventories, to support infrastructure management and knowledge sharing. * Automate routine tasks and processes using tools like PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible, to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. * Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, using tools like Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG, to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
