• Spearhead comprehensive onboarding and implementation of cash management solutions, driving seamless integration with the bank's systems for corporate and institutional clients. • Architect customized cash management structures by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including relationship managers, product managers, and operations teams, to capture client needs and preferences. • Drive project execution, overseeing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely and disruption-free implementation, while meeting service level agreements. • Deliver targeted training sessions to clients on digital platforms, connectivity, and reporting tools, empowering them to maximize self-service capabilities and optimize their cash management operations. • Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks, technical issues, and documentation gaps, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to live service and resolving any issues promptly. • Inform process enhancements by providing actionable feedback to product and technology teams, leveraging client insights and operational data to refine implementation processes and drive continuous improvement.
