Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead administrative operations in the Registrar's Office, driving academic excellence and ensuring student progress aligns with regulatory requirements. * Champion data accuracy, confidentiality, and policy adherence in academic records, providing top-notch support to the Student Service Wing. * Architect and implement policies and procedures to address academic queries and information, fostering a culture of transparency and compliance. * Facilitate open communication with students and guardians through meetings and discussions, conveying key decisions and updates as directed by the Academic Council's Working Group. * Serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, providing timely and informed responses to academic policy and procedure inquiries. * Develop and disseminate academic policy information to relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration. * Orchestrate scheduling for the Academic Council's Working Group and related bodies, ensuring efficient meeting management and minimizing conflicts. * Contribute to the development and implementation of policies governing academic records and student information systems, driving innovation and process improvement. * Monitor and update student progress records, ensuring strict adherence to academic policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. * Prepare and share reports, documents, and other administrative materials, providing actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Bachelor/Honors Bachelor's degree
