• Drive production efficiency by delivering finished goods on schedule, aligned with the production plan. • Champion quality excellence by enforcing QMS standards, overseeing bulk approvals, and upholding stringent quality controls. • Optimize process performance by reducing losses, minimizing cost per minute, and streamlining machine uptime. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, QA, and production teams to ensure seamless workflow and maximum productivity. • Oversee packaging accuracy, order fulfillment, and material utilization to minimize waste and maximize output. • Architect a culture of lean excellence by implementing 5S/6S methodologies, ensuring ERP data accuracy, and promoting continuous improvement initiatives. • Lead by example, enforcing a strong safety culture, discipline, and compliance on the production floor, while promoting a positive work environment. • Develop and empower floor staff through targeted training, coaching, and regular performance evaluations, driving growth and excellence.
