Executive - Operation (Retail Fashion - Sailor)

* Spearhead the selection of top-tier subcontract sewing factories, evaluating their production capabilities, compliance, and quality performance to drive business growth. * Strategically allocate production orders, considering historical quality data and delivery timelines to ensure seamless execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm style details, including critical measurements, order quantities, and delivery dates, to guarantee accuracy and precision. * Develop and share comprehensive production schedules and execution plans with outsourcing partners, fostering transparency and alignment. * Architect and release subcontract work orders, complete with thorough documentation, to facilitate efficient production workflows. * Proactively monitor and analyze daily production status from subcontract factories, ensuring output and quality targets are met or exceeded. * Track and manage work-in-progress across cutting, sewing, and finishing processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement. * Drive quality control initiatives, coordinating inline and endline inspections with QC teams to uphold stringent quality standards. * Analyze and address defect percentages, rejection quantities, and B-grade garments, implementing corrective actions to minimize losses and enhance overall quality. * Foster collaborative relationships with merchandising, production, QA, cutting, finishing, and SCD teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution. * Maintain meticulous records of outsourcing production, including related documentation, to ensure compliance and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
