Chief Engineer - MEP

* Spearhead the engineering, technical, maintenance, construction, and project management functions across Unique Group's diverse business sectors, including hospitality, property maintenance, and real estate. * Architect and oversee the execution of real estate developments, commercial buildings, hotel projects, hospital projects, renovations, and property maintenance initiatives. * Drive the seamless operation and maintenance of critical MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, kitchen, laundry, and refrigeration systems. * Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. * Manage project progress, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution and minimize delays. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certifications, such as BNBC, NFPA, IEC, ASHRAE, and LEED/EDGE. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize asset performance and extend equipment lifespan. * Oversee MEP design management, including design reviews, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultant teams, contractors, and international chain hotel operators to drive project success. * Conduct regular technical audits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure errorless execution, supreme quality, and operational efficiency. * Develop and manage comprehensive tender documents, conduct technical pre-bid meetings, and prepare technical comparative statements to ensure vendor and contractor selection. * Resolve technical queries and discrepancies, and provide expert guidance to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
