Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead sales operations, driving area-wise targets, expense management, and strategic planning to propel business growth.
* Architect credit management frameworks to optimize business performance and maximize output.
* Lead sales initiatives, orchestrating activities to achieve targeted objectives and evaluating field force performance.
* Design and execute product launches and promotional campaigns, assessing their impact and effectiveness.
* Foster a high-performing team by delivering on-the-job training, motivation, and guidance to enhance sales capabilities.
* Develop and refine forecast plans, streamlining inventory management to meet customer demands and optimize depot operations.
* Cultivate robust relationships with traders and end-users, expanding market reach and penetration.
* Conduct regular market visits to distributors, dealers, and customers, providing support, resolving issues, and gathering feedback.
* Craft strategic sales plans to capitalize on regional market opportunities, minimize credit notes, and reduce overdue payments.
* Ensure seamless after-sales service, adhering to company policies and standards.
* Monitor competitor activity, facilitating customer-management communication and staying ahead of market trends.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales-related issues, driving prompt and effective solutions.
* Amplify marketing programs and trade activities, providing actionable feedback to management and informing business decisions.
