* Spearhead sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth in the garments factory, leveraging expertise in domestic and international markets for trims and accessories. * Scout and acquire new clients through market visits, client hunts, and strategic follow-ups, while nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales opportunities. * Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional communication, negotiation, and account management skills. * Architect and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, including order collection, letter of credit management, and payment coordination. * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, traveling to meet potential clients and expanding the company's sales footprint. * Drive cost savings through technical expertise and innovative sales and marketing techniques, while maintaining a deep understanding of consumption, pricing, and market trends. * Independently manage multiple buyer accounts, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. * Represent the company in external communications with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders, upholding the organization's reputation and values. * Coordinate sample follow-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Develop and deliver regular sales reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance updates, as well as operational budgets and sales targets. * Generate leads, onboard new sales areas, and expand the company's market presence through strategic planning and execution.
