Key Responsibilities

* Drive quality assurance and monitoring efforts across programme sites, ensuring adherence to standards and implementation guidelines through regular field visits and assessments. * Architect and apply quality assurance tools, frameworks, and checklists to guarantee programme fidelity and consistency. * Lead data collection, verification, and validation processes, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of both quantitative and qualitative data from field activities. * Conduct spot checks and supportive supervision to optimize service delivery, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback. * Identify and mitigate implementation risks, gaps, and deviations from standards, informing timely corrective actions and process enhancements. * Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of monitoring findings, field observations, and lessons learned. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MERL and MIS, to ensure data consistency, integrity, and effective reporting. * Develop and implement beneficiary feedback and accountability mechanisms, capturing community perspectives and promoting participatory approaches. * Support data quality processes, including data cleaning, validation, and cross-verification, to inform programme management and decision-making. * Facilitate the integration of safeguarding, protection, and Do No Harm principles into all monitoring activities, promoting a culture of safety and responsibility. * Champion safeguarding policies and reporting procedures, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and promoting a safe, respectful work environment.
