Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead the development and execution of a national sales strategy that propels business growth and achieves revenue targets. * Accelerate revenue expansion across multiple channels, including retail, distribution, and key accounts, to drive business success. * Establish and deliver on ambitious sales targets, setting the pace for monthly, quarterly, and annual performance. * Uncover and capitalize on new growth opportunities in the youth and lifestyle gadget markets, staying ahead of the curve. * Architect and manage a robust, nationwide distribution network that ensures seamless product delivery and maximizes reach. * Forge and nurture strategic relationships with key device outlets, malls, and distributors to amplify brand presence. * Strengthen the company's foothold in gadget hubs, mobile markets, and electronics retail chains, ensuring a dominant market position. * Craft and implement a winning route-to-market strategy that optimizes sales performance and customer engagement. * Expand and manage the retail footprint across key cities and hubs, creating immersive brand experiences through exclusive outlets and experience zones. * Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute impactful activation and retail campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. * Foster a network of promoter outlets and provide ongoing support to ensure their success and loyalty. * Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales executives and managers, driving a culture of excellence and accountability. * Oversee both direct and indirect sales teams, setting clear KPIs, monitoring performance, and recognizing outstanding achievements. * Design and implement innovative trade schemes, incentive models, and commission structures that stimulate product penetration and sales growth. * Drive sell-in and sell-out performance through effective schemes and strategic partnerships, ensuring a strong return on investment. * Monitor and optimize trade investments, ensuring maximum ROI and minimizing waste. * Ensure optimal stock availability across all channels, working closely with product owners and supply chain partners to forecast demand, manage inventory, and prevent stockouts. * Manage logistics partners, monitor distributor inventory and pipeline health, and negotiate commercial terms with key retailers and distributors. * Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with large retailers, key distributors, and online marketplaces, driving business growth and expansion. * Conduct market research and analysis, tracking competitor activity, pricing, and product trends to inform business decisions. * Provide actionable insights on consumer behavior, channel dynamics, and new product opportunities, feeding into product and marketing strategy to drive business success.

Experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management

Additional Requirements

  • Strong understanding of national sales planning and execution
  • Expertise in Route To Market, distributor development, and retail expansion
  • Knowledge of merchandising, promoter management, and retail visibility
  • Experience in incentive schemes, trade programs, and sell-out activation
  • Ability to analyze sales trends, ROI, inventory, and market data
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partnership management capability
  • Understanding of stock forecasting and inventory optimization
