* Architect and manage digital data systems, including MIS platforms, to drive informed decision-making and program monitoring under the BRAC-LEGO strategic partnership. * Develop and implement standardized digital data collection tools, ensuring seamless integration across all project sites. * Drive data quality and integrity by ensuring timely entry, validation, and storage, and by developing dashboards and visualization tools for real-time monitoring. * Integrate MIS systems with MERL frameworks and reporting requirements, streamlining data-driven insights and recommendations. * Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support to field teams, and ensure data security, backup, and confidentiality protocols are in place. * Lead training and capacity-building initiatives for staff on MIS tools and digital platforms, enhancing data literacy and proficiency. * Automate reporting systems, extract insights, and coordinate with MERL and program teams to align data systems and drive program excellence. * Foster a culture of safeguarding, ensuring the safety and well-being of program participants, staff, and stakeholders, and promoting a safe working environment. * Champion safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance and expertise to establish a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability. * Implement and promote safeguarding reporting procedures, encouraging a culture of transparency and accountability in case of reportable incidents.
