Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of a robust B2B sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives revenue growth.
* Architect and manage a high-performing sales pipeline across corporate, institutional, and enterprise channels, ensuring target achievement and identifying new growth opportunities.
* Drive business expansion by acquiring new clients and forging strong relationships with key accounts in industries such as FMCG, banking, telecoms, education, hospitality, and NGOs.
* Unlock strategic opportunities for bulk procurement and long-term partnerships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized product solutions, understand client needs, and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
* Lead the analysis of market trends and opportunities for lifestyle gadgets and smart devices, identifying potential applications such as corporate gifts, employee engagement items, and loyalty programs.
* Design and execute seasonal and campaign-based B2B sales initiatives, working closely with marketing to develop targeted corporate offerings and bundles.
* Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and opportunity funnel, tracking key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion ratios, and business development activities.
* Provide actionable insights and forecasts on sales opportunities, client requirements, and future business potential, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Position products based on their usability, productivity, innovation, and lifestyle value, coordinating with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Facilitate pricing, quotation, contract negotiation, and payment collection processes, ensuring timely execution of corporate orders and after-sales coordination.
* Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring corporate buying trends, competitor activity, and emerging product opportunities, identifying high-potential industries and customer segments.
* Deliver strategic insights into B2B demand trends, product requirements, and buying behavior, informing business growth and development strategies.
