Key Responsibilities

* Drive the operational management of English Language and Digital Literacy Labs, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities and high-quality digital learning experiences. * Architect and maintain IT infrastructure, including setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of devices, to facilitate uninterrupted learning. * Deliver digital training sessions, provide technical support to trainers, and ensure safe and correct use of digital devices by learners and volunteers. * Lead the supervision and guidance of volunteers during digital literacy training, promoting effective learning and community engagement. * Manage administrative tasks, including stock logs, equipment records, and usage logs, to ensure efficient lab operations. * Coordinate logistics, including timely distribution of materials and supplies, and liaise with procurement teams to ensure lab repairs and maintenance. * Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and CiC offices, representing BRAC with professionalism and integrity. * Identify and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues such as connectivity problems, power disruptions, or safety hazards to ensure lab safety and security. * Develop and maintain accurate records, including attendance logs, activity summaries, and incident reports, to inform lab operations and improvement. * Generate regular reports on lab performance, equipment usage, and participant feedback, and maintain secure backups of digital materials and training records. * Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and community stakeholders, and promoting a culture of respect and integrity. * Implement and promote safeguarding policies and standards, providing guidance and support to team members to establish a safe working environment and prevent harm, abuse, or exploitation.

Experience

At least 2 years

Skills

Good proficiency in EnglishTechnical skills in managing IT labs and digital devicesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsBasic teaching or facilitation skills for digital literacy contentAbility to maintain accurate records and prepare brief reports

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors Bachelor's Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • or any other relevant subject

  • Training certificate in Digital Literacy and ICT in Education
